In opinion it not the best part of town but they keep the property patrolled and secure.
This casino sits on riverside drive on the arkansas river just north of the riverwalk. The River Spirit casino is to me an above average locals casino that could easily be very popular if they had a hotel or resort atttached to it. If you are not from Tulsa or anywhere close Tulsa has a couple of Casino's and then another that is close.
